Here are a few great finds we came across in S.F. on Sunday. All of them were from Craigslist.
The first is a remarkable $5 Art Deco clock. The lines on this pieces are soo awesome. I am up in the air about painting this clock or just light sand it and oil it. We will see. I hope you like it as much as we do.

This clock is pretty large, it is almost 15 in.'s wide. It is made by Telechron and it appears to also have an alarm.
The next purchase we made was a Letterman print. Mel and I have a large collection of Letterman prints, but we can’t bring ourselves to buy that really large print of the Himalayan cat. This is a really cool design and we are both happy with it.

We love the colors and the design. I know this art is more than likely from the late 70's to the early 80's but come on it is cool!
The final item we came across today was a classic Nelby Starburst clock with a cool wood accent. It needs some help but I am sure I can make it look like new.
Where do you guys go? Must. Know. I promise I will look for stuff for you guys. I looked yesterday in Sac…..nothing but a booth for a new period store in Sac. Gorgeous stuff!

Well this time it was Craigslist in San Francisco. I cruise Craigslist at least three to four times a day. I look in Sac, S.F., Tahoe, Redding, Chico….pretty much anywhere with in a reasonable driving distance.

Oh man! I’m going to have to start watching the S.F. Craigslist for sure! You got that Letterman for what?!?! I think I just recently saw this same one on ebay & it wasn’t any fifty bucks! I don’t remember exactly how much it was, but dang, it sure wasn’t 50.00 – or I woulda snagged it! Geez, you just got the luck of the Irish runnin through your veins! (so what happened to ME?! ;- ) Great finds. I LOVE the little planter clock (FIVE bucks?!…*sigh*)
