Hello,
I am trying to find a buyer for an old Westinghouse Roaster with the griddle attachment. I don’t know the exact year. Would you be interested? I am not sure of the current value.
Hey Hep Cat! I just scored this awesome Gill painting of the San Francisco Bay Bridge. It was my husbands, Grandmother’s originally. I noted the signature is identical to yours. I also noticed the label on your Street Scene says San Francisco. Any other info on this guy?
I don’t really have any info on Gill. He is an mystery just like Carlo of Hollywood. I know his Hawaiian pieces are VERY popular and expensive. I have tried researching him and have really never found anything.
Saw your Hymnes II and would like to contact the tech you used. I have one of these that doesn’t speak (lights are on, but . . . .) Can you privide email address/website please?
I have a copy of the book Our Big Story Book, like the one you are talking about. Would you be interested in my complete book. It looks to be in the same condition as the one you have on your site.
Hi Patrick,
Thanks so much for checking out my site and contacting me. I’m not looking for another Big Red Book but I really appreciate you checking with me. Feel free to reach out to me if you find anything else you think may be of interest to me.
i have a moss floor lamp. I believe it’s a tulip style–it has two plexiglas petals coming from the bottom. Also a moss shade which needs to be re-shaped but otherwise in great shape. Where can I get it appraised? I live in St. Louis
Feel free to send me pictures of your lamp. I am sure between my friend Frank and I we can estimate a value for you, god knows we have seen enough moss lamps to understand their value. Unfortunately if you are looking for a professional appraiser I am not familiar with any in your area.
Hi there i was wondering if you were interested in another library unit, Missing the mech cover and back door. Front glass does have a crack but it is still intact. unit was working a little while ago but it is frozen now in the middle of making a selection. it also comes with a custom speacker cabinet and Amp to power it with remote volume control, that i was told was made for the manufactoring manager of Seeburg here in Chicago. I purchased it off the old head of marketing/advertising for Seeburg. He was very ill when i purchased it so i do not know if he is still around to verify. let me know if you are interested and where to send pictures. also have other older jukeboxes that i dont know if i will ever get to resoring. Derek
I appreciate the offer but it cost me a lot of cash to repair mine and restore it so I am not looking for another resto of one of these. I do appreciate the offer.
Hey there Shane! Greetings from Canada and http://www.decollect.com I am a partner in the Gallerie Decollect which carries classic design items from the 20’s to the 70’s .We have recently purchased a very nice Moss spinner lamp and were at a loss as to how to restore its ‘bad-hair-day’ shade until we stumbled on your fabulously helpful post. So “thank you!” andweI am going to give it a try. In addition we have just aquired a pair of white angled Moss floor lamps that are in perfect condition but alas are missing both finials and shades. We plan to have both of these items made but, while we have photo reference, we have no idea of the dimensions of either and were wondering if you would know anybody who can help us out?
By the way it was great to discover your site and we love the attitude.
Thank you for your time, keep up the good work and please let us know your thoughts.
Cheers,
Gray Abraham.
Hey Gray!
Here are the dimensions of the finial.
7in’s on the longest side, 5.75in.’s on the shorter side, 2.25in’s wide on top and at the bottom is is .75in’s wide at the base.
I hope this helps.
I am pleased to hear you like my site. It sounds like you might have Moss “Leaning Lena” lamps.
I am glad that you found the repair method I used on my shade helpful. Thanks for your kind comments.
Hi!
Thanks for visiting my site. I apologize for the delay in response. Travel and the holidays have monopolized all my time so I have been unable to restore or post. After the holidays I plan to start my shop on Etsy. I’ll link it to my blog when it is ready.
hey there,
this is our first visit to your site and we love it. we have been looking for the little nut hut like the one you show on your site. would it be for sale or can you get one and could you give us a price? thanks for giving us a chance to reclaim a little of our past.
Hi! Thanks for visiting the site. I am glad you are enjoying it. Unfortunately I am not looking to sell the piece at this time. But, things always change so I’ll keep you in mind. I’ll keep a look out for you and let you know if I am able to acquire another “Little Nut Hut”.
Hi Jane,
I know it’s been a while, but we’re finally ready to sell the Little Nut Hut. If you are still interested, send an email to shane@hepcatrestorations.com
hi there, i just purchased a philco miss america tv set at the flea market and lucky enough it is still working. a quick google search brought me to your site where you connected it to your dvd player. being very non tech savvy i can’t figure out how to do this ! any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks! dane
It took me awhile to figure out how to get it to work. I went to Radio Shack and they helped me buy the right RF adapter. I will say when trying to to find the correct channel it is important to have a DVD playing and have the volume turned up on the TV so you can hear when you hit the correct channel. One you hear the sound of the DVD playing then you have to adjust the horizontal, vertical and contrast to bring the picture up. I hope this helps.
Hi Shane,
I have a plaster or chalkware ballerina lamp and I have been trying to find some information about it. I have come across a picture on the internet of a lamp that looks just like mine but the lamp on the internet is by reglor of Cal and my lamp is by continental art co. Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks So Much
Kathy O’Quinn
I am familiar with the ballerina lamps made by Reglor of California but I have not seen any made by Continental Art Co. I have a couple Continental lamps with fairies. I know both companies used pretty much the same techniques and styling when making their lamps. If you could send me a picture maybe that would help me find more info. I am sorry I don’t have anymore information.
My wife and I have 3 Carlo watercolors in forced perspective frames. Just wanted to see if you were interested. Two are a pair together with opposite side signatures with a Japanese man in one and a woman in another. Please let me know if you are interested- Andrea
Hi Andrea. Thanks for reaching out to me. Can you send pictures of your 3 Carlo watercolors to shane@hepcatrestorations.com? I’d be interested depending on condition and price.
I just purchased a large watercolor signed Carlo in the bottom right corner. Looks like a Polynesian scene with a boat and men ready to sail. Frame is very angular like the ones in your photos. Bought in Atlanta. Do u have more information on this artist etc. ? I love the piece.
This artist truly is an enigma. There is very little known about him and most of what we know might be myth. One thing is undeniable, the watercolor art with the angular/forced perspective frame is timeless. I dare say that as far as art from that time period is concerned, nothing conveys the feeling of “atomic” better than these pieces. I’m pretty sure I know which one you just purchased, but feel free to email me a good quality pic at shane@hepcatrestorations.com. I’d love to see it. I’m thinking of adding a new tab showcasing all the images I can get of Carlo of Hollywood watercolors. This is because the the main search that brings people to my site is “Carlo of Hollywood”. I would showcase the art with the owners name, city, state, & country (if they choose). It’d be pretty cool to see all the Carlo watercolors out there and how far they have traveled.
BTW..Mel and I actually picked up a pair of Carlo’s today. Watch for the post. I’ll blog about it tonight.
Hi: My wife and I have an oil painting by carlo, it depicts San Francisco with the Golden Gate Bridge. It’s also a lighted painting, size is about 6’L x 3’W. The painting has the black on gold metal tag attached on the back. There is a number on the back R93-288E We.would like to know somewthing about this painting if possible. Thanks Ron and Sandy Hancock
Mel & I only collect the Carlo of Hollywood watercolors with the forced perspective/angular frames. We don’t know much about his oil pieces. What we do know abou him can be found here:
I have some hey wake pieces that have the infamous splits at the edges. How do i repair them? They arent big enough to get the pieces apart but more than hairline splits. I did a dry run with a large clamp but they wont even press together for gluing. Help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi Christine,
The technique I use to fill cracks is to sand the piece enough to get a smooth surface. I use the wood dust I sanded off to make a paste with wood glue to fill the crack. I wait for it to dry, then I re-sand the area I filled. Then, I re-stain. I hope this helps.
Hi. I bought a very large oil painting at the annual Catholic Central High School Clutter Closet sale about 2-3 years ago. It is signed Carlo in th lower right corner. Size is approximately 5 foot x 2 1/2 foot long. The C in his name matches some of his modern1970’s pics I researched. It is orange, cream, and black swirls. Maybe the interpretation of the back of a bull. Not sure. Do you know anything about this one?
Usually the oils are less desirable. I imagine $150-$200 would be its value unless you find someone who collects his oils. As always things are only worth what someone will pay. I hope this helps.
I was wondering if you know anything about Burwood or Syroco products. I purchased a really great wall plaque that is broken in one spot. I figured that I could do a better repair job than they did and I didn’t pay much for it. I was going to epoxy it but I was not sure if that was the right way to go about it.
I’d appreciate any advise on how to repair it or if you know anywhere I could look to figure it out.
So i am not sure if you will ever be able to sell this item to me. I ran across your website because i was looking for tension pole table lamps.. i noticed that you had a picture of 2 side by side with blue glass fixtures. Would these ever be for sale.. if not how can i find these to buy?
Hello..I’m trying to find out the value/worth of three oil paintings by gill. They appear to be original. They are street scenes, the same abstract style as his watercolor/airbrush street scenes. On the back of the frames is has the blue label “Created by Parmelee Galleries San Francisco”. The signature on the paintings matches the one posted in the comments above. They seem to go together, each a different scene, yet the same colors, style..etc. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you..
Just wondering if you received our email re: “The Holy Grail” of Carlo watercolor the stallions.
Please contact us if you are still interested (or not).
hello. i purchased a 3 lamp tension rod lamp a few years ago and all three lamps have finally given out. i have no idea how to rewire something like that. with a turn of the knob the lower light turns on, another turn of the knob and both the bottom and middle lamp light up. one more turn and all three lamps light up. where would i begin to bring it back to its lighted glory? could i just rewire it as i would a normal single bulb lamp?
This is going to be a little complex because you might have a 4 phase switch. My recommendation (because I have not blogged about this yet) is to search the internet on how to rewire a 4 phase switch. If you are not comfortable doing it yourself then make sure to get someone who can do it for you (fire hazard if done wrong). If you know an electrician I would ask them to do it for you, it would be child’s play for them. I hope this helps.
My friend in Chicago has two Carlo watercolors with palm tree beach scenes that I want to trade a few things for but the larger of the two paintings was obviously on a sun exposed wall and has significantly faded compared to it’s smaller counterpart. The smaller watercolor is still very vibrant. Do you know who to refer me to that would be adept at restoring the faded Carlo to match the other? Thanks for any guidance you can give me on this. I love the paintings but the disparity in color between the two is troublesome to me. Thanks. Jack
I looked into this for a few of my Carlo’s and located a place in Chicago that restores art work. I told them what I wanted and they advised me watercolors cant be restored. I hope this helps.
Hello!
I recently purchased a 50’s style painting by SHARLA. I know nothing about the artist, I just liked the style. The back is stamped Artcraft, Los Angelas CA. Do you have any info on this artist? Thanks
I have two forced perspective bull and bullfighter paintings, both signed “Carlo” , Are you interested in them and if not, do you now what they might be worth? Tricia
Hello Tricia, if you haven’t sold them yet then send me pics at shane@hepcatrestorations.com. I don’t need them but I can give you an idea of their value.
Your best bet is Ebay or sometimes Etsy. I think they call it script. There may even be reproductions you can pick up if you search the internet. I hope this helps.
We purchased that chair already restored. The seller told us they had that vintage original fabric and used it for this project. I know Etsy and Ebay sell vintage fabrics so that is where I would start. I wish they still made that kind if fabric.
Hello- love your website! Frank Benedetto told me you might be able to offer me some advice on fixing up an old Brasilia dresser? I did look search your page, but didn’t find anything. I don’t mind living with things that are a little banged up, but just thought I’d ask around and see if I can fix it up a little.
Love your dresser redo! Beautiful!!
Hi Teresa, thanks for your comment! Frank is great!! As far as your dresser goes, I believe those dressers were made of walnut or some other darker wood? Depending on condition, it might only require some oil to bring it back.I can’t re-call if those dressers were made of veneer. If they are, unfortunately there is not much you can do but light sand and oil it. If you can let me know the specific condition issues you have, I can offer you some suggestions. Thanks for checking out my site!
Hey Shane – hate to sound like everyone else but hey, your site is great. Very informative, very straightforward, and very therapeutic (for me) to know I’m that there are others sharing my mental illness (picking, collecting…you know what I mean!).
Anyway, to my question…and thanks for taking the time to answer as many questions as you can.
I have a (will be) beautiful 6 drawer mid century American of Martinsville dresser with the aluminum(?) ‘waterfall’ pulls on the drawers – I just got it for $20 at an estate sale today, and it’s solid as a rock. Save one tiny little flaw…the previous owner did that ‘Antique-look’ paint on the outside surfaces back when that was so hot back in thge 70s.
Finally, my question is…what paint-stripper have you found to be best, from your own experience? I’d love to think the current paint may be gently stripped in a way that will result in a very (read ‘easily’) workable surface for the purposes of just bringing the old girl back to her original reddish-walnut hue.
Thanks a ton Hep Cap – your site is a blast. It’s one of my favorite.
C. Stevens
Canton, GA
I use *modwagen* as my seller name on Etsy, ebay, craigslist-Atlanta, etc.
The best stripper to use but takes more elbow work is the citrus strippers. They do not bleach the wood but are effective at removing the paint. Unfortunately with paint it tends to penetrate deep into the grain sometimes so it can be difficult to get it all off. You may have to sand the piece but be careful because it could be veneer. I appreciate your kind words and feel free to ask as many questions as you want. Great find for $20!
I have a Hedi Schoop signed Pansy Lady with bowl. 12″ high and 18″ long in soft gray tones with a metalic finish on the inside of the bowl. It is in perfect condition. Is this something you might to looking for? It is a fabulous piece!
Hi Shane….hope you’re enjoying the Anthes Roadside Flares you bought from me….I have a question…..I’m wanting to restore a metal breadbox…it’s a brown Lincoln Beautyware (it’s in my Etsy shop). Any tips for me would be, ever so appreciated. Thanks so much..D
Hey Donna, Love the flares, thanks!
As far as restoration of the breadbox it depends on what you intend to do. Are you going to paint it or just polish it?
Thanks for getting back to me, Shane…I want to paint it. It’s just too dull to appeal to most people I think. I think I will leave the inside alone…it’s white and in pretty decent condition with a removable shelf. I’m still deciding on a color….I’m just afraid to start…lol…I’ve worked with wood before…just never painted a metal item of this size before. Thanks again….love your blog and the pics of your house are awesome..I’m jealous….:):)
Oh, and I wanted to tell you that I saw your tip on using car wax to remove dishwasher buildup. Well, I was going to try it…then my son left his Turtle Wax headlight repair kit on the counter. So instead of fussing I thought I’d try it on some old glasses I wanted to list….worked llike a charm….you probably already know this…just wanted to pass it along and say thanks…I would never have thought of using it if I had not seen the tip. Thanks.
I have that exact Heywood Wakefield Rio Vanity with the mirror and an original chair with a cloth cover that I would like to sell. I was wondering if you could direct me as to who may buy something like this and what i can ask for it.
I usually check on Ebay for completed listings to see what they sold for. I think I spent around $300-$350 range for each piece. Mine were in the same condition as yours when I purchased them. I hope this helps.
I picked up some cool Bernard watercolors today. Unfortunately, the panthers have some water damage. Any suggestions on repairing or at least sprucing it up a bit?
Those are fantastic! As far as water damage repair that is tricky. If it were me I might try to fix it with some watercoloring but that requires some artistic ability….if that is something you do not possess then I would just leave them alone. They really are a nice set!
In the late 40’s – early 50’s I was living in NYC with my mother and she bought two signed CARLO polynesium watercolors from a J.C. Penny Dept. Store. They both have those unusual frames. I also have a signed Carlo with a regular frame of a nude woman. And like everyone else, for years I have been trying to find out who Carlo was. Liked your story about Count Carlo and enjoy your emails.
Hi we talked to you early in the summer about a carlos water color painting and you said you would buy the painting for 300.00 dollars plus shipping I would love to sell it to you if you still want to buy it.
I ended up buying the same one recently. You can check it out in my last post. We were so excited to get it locally. Thanks anyway for reaching out again. Maybe one of the other readers will be interested?
saw some Telo prints on your site and was curious about them. I have 3 , two ladies and a man. you have 6 posted. my 3 are the 3rd 4th and 5tth , given to me by aunt now deceased. thought they were purchased in Cuba late 40’s early 50’s. size 11 b y 17 aprox. in white bamboo frames with telo in lower lefthnd corner, you refer to them as latin Hawiaan ? am now confused and don’t know where they are from. can you help?Thank you! luv your site.
Hi Patty. If you are referring to the below post, I noted that they are Latin themed. I only noted in the post that they reminded me of Gill Hawaiian pieces because they use the same airbrush method. http://hepcatrestorations.com/?s=Telo
I have a chalkware lamp that is broken at the waist (it’s a lady dancer) and needs a good repair. Do you offer restoration services outside of the items you sell in your store? I live in MN and would need to ship it to you…. I’m just looking to get an idea of cost and what is involved with the restoration process (if you do offer that).
Hi Andy. Thanks for reaching out. I’m actually not taking any new jobs as I have more work than I can handle right now. You might want to reach out to Vince Bravo. I know he works with a restorer for his HW pieces. http://www.vincebravo.com
Hello i was wondering if you would be interested in buying my royal chef grill. The model number is RC127-A. I have the manual for it and the grill/rotisserie is in very good shape.
I have looked everywhere – trying to find information on a figurine I have from the ’40-50’s….it’s a Black Sax player and the sticker on bottom says “BEL MORA WARE made in USA”. I can’t find anything on Bel Mora Ware – have been looking for a long time…can you be of any help?? thanks!
Love your restored Heywood Wakefield dressing table!! I have one also; can I get the exact dimensions of the glass? Mine came without it, and getting exact measurements is difficult because, as you know, much of the glass is hidden in the slot. Thank you in advance; beautiful work!! Bonnie
We have a Carlo of Hollywood painting ( whitewash frame
Approx 30 1/2 ” high 661/2 wide
Oil. Winter landscape.
We would like to sell it
Thanks
Beth and Jay
I can send photo of it
I found your site and love it. We have the exact Telefunken Stereo and need some repairs done. Do you know of any contacts in Miami, Florida who can assist us?
Hi! My name is Shari. I happened to find you on Pinterest. You have the coolest items! Unfortunately I live in Minnesota. Do you have a page set up for things that are for sale and can be shipped?
Hi Shari. Thanks for your note. We probably should set that up…we’re asked all the time. If you click on the shop tab, you’ll see room shots. If you see anything you like, let us know. We ship.
I have two Chromcraft space chairs that I would like to get reupholstered. The person is unsure how the fabric attaches. I noticed you had the same chairs recovered (June 2014). Would you mind sending me some information on how that was done? I’d like to forward that to the upholsterer. Thanks so much!
Hello……I have an original Turner watercolor original framed picture. It is of the swans with
the water lilies in great shape. the frame is white with mirror inserts. I saw one on Ebay for $450!!!! mine will be a LOT-LOT cheaper. I am in California not far from you!!!! Good for a Sunday drive!!! 🙂
Are you interested??? OR know of anybody who is.

Greetings! I run a non-profit shop in Vermont. I was researching an item made by formed products co and found you guys! Wondering if you have any interest in the item.
hi I just purchased a national vendor crown 510, and I’m looking for the manual, as well as one sold out sign and linkage. if you have any info on where I can find them, or if you have some extras, it would be appreciated.
I’ve just found this website and I’m not sure how to contact a person to inquire of a price of two items I’ve seen. Can someone assist me with a number?
Found a great double bedroom set. Frame (missing one panel), 2 dressers, mirror and a night stand dated 1954 on packing slip. Some scratches but in overall good condition. Patina is good, would be a beautiful set refurbished. Please contact me if your interested in the set.
My wife and I recently purchased a Rio vanity. It’s it pretty good shape but it is missing the half oval glass-am wondering if you could recommend a place where to get this done. We are in the bay area.
Get a piece of cardboard and cut it till you get an exact fit. Take that piece to anyplace that cuts glass and they should be able to match it to that piece of cardboard. You should be able to find someone locally by searching online.
I bought two chromcraft atomic style fiberglass couches, exactly like the one you refurbished. I planned on redoing them myself, but they no longer gomwith our home and I’m never going to finish. Would you be interested in purchasing them?
Hey Hepcat! Do any of your 50s figurative plaster lamps have the initials LAL carved into the side of the base? If so, my aunt was the sculptor and I’m interested in purchasing!
I recently received my grandparent’s chalkware lamps, I always admired them, the lamps and my grandparents. Either way, I have the lamps and came to find out my dad broke and repaired one of them in the 60’s using only 14 yr old know-how. I would like to being them back to their old glory, but don’t know where to start. The crack was in the base but went through the female’s foot and ankle, so her foot is a little mangled and needs to be filled. I would describe the figurines as “Woodland Nymphs” kind of in Peter Pan garb, both clutching daggers w/Asian faces; basic 2 color paint, brown on the trees they lean on and bodies and orange clothing. Either way I digress, any suggestions on a good filler for chalkware?
Hey there…I was wondering if have any advice or if you could recommend a moving company you may have used in the past when shipping large pieces? I have a 1950s Telefunken HiFi that I need to ship from Atlanta to San Francisco.
Hi my grandpa is cleaning out his garage and ran across a 1968 sylvania scanner tv and we were wondering what something like that would be worth? I’ve checked so many sites and I can’t seem to find an6 information about it. Any information would be very helpful. Thank you!
Hi, I have a 1934 General Electric flat top refrigerator that was owned my grandparents. I’m having a hard time finding someone to restore it, in Northern California. I really would like to get it restored and use it. Do you do restorations like this? I know it was working, up to when my mom unplugged it around 2010.
Hi there. I saw your home last year on the mid-century modern tour. It was fabulous! I remember seeing a painting or print in one f the bedrooms, it was of a woman who had dark hair and turquoise skin. My grandmother had this picture also. Do you know who painted it?
I love your website! Well done. I am looking for Heifetz Rotaflex light fixtures. Do you have any in stock. If so, which are they and how much do they cost. Thank you! Loriann
Hi! Love your site! Wondering if you’ve had any luck repairing a brass canopy turn knob on/off switch on the base or lower back of a chalkware lamp? I have a pair of lamps, one with a broken and bent on/off knob, and the switch seems set into the chalkware so I don’t want to ruin it further! Thanks in advance!
Hello there! I’m looking to buy a vintage Sunbeam Vista can opener, but am having zero luck…if you are selling one (or know someone who is), please let me know! Thanks!
I have a Carlo of Hollywood watercolor –ballet in asymmetrical original frame that as burned–pyro technique to raise the grain. Interested in market value. I saw two on eBay, one was asking $1100 and the other $1,500. This seems high but figured you would know the real
Market value.
Hello! I have just been made aware of a 1950 “New Moon” motorhome! I have been researching this and cannot find ANY information on it ANYWHERE! It is titled as a “New Moon “motorhome. It is Dodge powered ,with a manual 8spd transmission. It looks quite unique!
Hello I have a vintage barbecue that I believe is a Vintage Big Boy but I am not positive. It is chrome and green with 7 red knobs that are attached to the skewers. Can anyone help me identify it? I can email photos ,thanks
Hi. First, I want to say how much I admire your work! Second, I was looking for some advice on a project. I repurpose different types of busts/dolls/mannequins as plant pots. I recently came across a pair of chalkware busts (Polynesian boy/girl) and was wondering if you had any suggestions on how I can go about working with these pieces? My goal is to cut the top of the head off and bore out enough space to be able to fit a small (1-1.5in) terra-cotta pot inside. I did some research and found that the majority of these busts were made with plaster of Paris but I’m still not sure how I can safely do this project without completely destroying the pieces. I would appreciate any tips you have. I know you are probably dying inside that I’m going to cut these pieces up, as you focus on restoring rather than repurposing, but I would appreciate any info/tips you have. Or if you think this is not possible because of the medium used, please let me know and I will not move forward with the project.
Don’t worry I’m not cringing because you’re going to do that. The only problem I can see is it that material can get pretty brittle. What I recommend is getting that blue painters tape and tape the whole head. Maybe a couple layers of tape deep. I’m not sure you’d be able to save the top part you cut off, I would assume that would break apart. Once it’s hollowed out I would make sure to put a layer of some kind of glue down. Something that once dry would be clear that would make sure that no new cracks progress. This is the approach I would take. I hope this helps!
Hello Guys,
love your site! I’ve been collecting art deco for 35 years.I have a Shirrel Graves watercolor 26X34, looks to be in the original frame, it’s a tiger in bamboo haven’t seen another one like it. measures 43X34 with the frame. signed in pencil right hand corner. on the back it’s numbered #716, 59-61 and in pencil says south (something I can’t make out). needs some restoration but is fabulous! any idea what it’s worth or an auction house near me? I’m in Sonoma County one hour north of San Francisco.
thank you! sharon jones
Hi Shane, about a year ago you came and got an antique bbq grill from me in the Mission. I was wondering if you would be interested in a drug store sign. It was a neon sign but no longer. It just says “Drugs”. I’m not sure if it’s in your genre or not. But if so let me know. I can email you a picture.
Hello! I love the vintage tv you posted with a DVD player added to it. I am curious if you know where I might find one of those ready to go? I’m looking for one to use for my wedding!
I live in Helotes, TX and have ranch oak furniture to sell: couches, chairs, coffee table, waste basket, lamp base, hutch, kitchen table, 2 living Room chairs, bed head and foot board
Hello, my name is Kendall. I see that you have a Snow White garden set very similar to one my great grandma Charlotte had. She passed away in may 2016. And she owned thease Snow White garden fixtures. And I was wonder thing where you purchased or got the Snow White fixture. Her son ended up getting it and he sold it and passed away last year and I am trying to find it online. At this point I will pay anything for it and I was wondering where you got it from.
Hi Shane, I spoke with you years ago about my Bob’s Big Boy BBQ and ice chest.
I’m moving and need to find this awesome bbq a new home.
I have pics
Thanks for any help you can give.
I have the following Brandt Ranch furniture pieces that my mom and dad purchased in the 1940s. None have been in storage but used for the past 70 years. Since my parents have passed on, I would like to find a new home for their furniture.

• Rocking chair (recovered)
• 3-piece frame couch (recovered) + 2 end tables
• 6-sided coffee table with hand-tooled long horns on all sides

I purchased it off the old head of marketing/advertising for Seeburg. Hey Dane,
Congrats of your purchase!

Hi Rodney,
I just updated the following post with additional information I know about the artist and his work.
http://hepcatrestorations.com/2011/08/22/carlo-of-hollywood/

I use *modwagen* as my seller name on Etsy, ebay, craigslist-Atlanta, etc.

Hey Christo,
The best stripper to use but takes more elbow work is the citrus strippers.

I have the following Brandt Ranch furniture pieces that my mom and dad purchased in the 1940s. None have been in storage but used for the past 70 years. Since my parents have passed on, I would like to find a new home for their furniture.
• Dining Table, 4 chairs, 2 captain chairs (one with a tooled leather back)
• Rocking chair (recovered)
• 3-piece frame couch (recovered) + 2 end tables
• 6-sided coffee table with hand-tooled long horns on all sides
• 2 bedroom end tables
• Wagon wheel lamp
I would like to sell all in package deal.
