    • Your best bet is to go to an antique fair or antique mall. I see them all the time, you’ll just need to canabalize an existing one that’s in sad shape but has a good back. You can try eBay as well.

  19. Two things: One we are looking for an actual mid century bathroom vanity. The type with a mounted sink, storage, on legs, etc. I can’t seem to find one anywhere. I constantly watch CL and eBay, but no luck. Do you run across them ever?
Next: is there a market for the heating elements in the above comments?

    • You might want to post a wanted ad on CL. That has worked for us when we’re looking for things. Usually when folks renovate they just throw things like vanities out :(. I’m not sure if there is a market for the heating elements.

  20. hi, i bought a set of reglor lamp shades that need to be restored. is it my understanding that on the underside of the wire lamp frames that they cannot be restored as original with a fabric? do you, or do you have any referals who can restore these shades to original. i do have a pro. in the area that is very good, but cannot restore them to original because of the fabric under the wire frame. thanks for your time and love your style and taste….
